Manifesto Smart Cities, Human Cities, Cities of the future

At the end of its meeting of the local intelligence dedicated to the City of the future, Villes de France handed to the Secretary of State Mounir Mahjoubi a manifesto with 16 proposals to remove the legal and technical obstacles and allow the emergence of the city of the future.
